Turning basic product cutouts into a consistent, retail-ready image library - without the cost of a full photoshoot.
A small trial created a bigger opportunity
The products were originally purchased to test TikTok and Temu with minimal upfront spend, so each was photographed only as a simple cutout. To bring the range onto the main website, it needed imagery that felt as considered and consistent as the professionally shot catalogue.
Build a full image suite from one starting point
Every product needed to feel part of the same brand while remaining accurate enough for ecommerce. The solution also had to be fast, repeatable and significantly more cost-effective than commissioning a new shoot.
Consistency at scale
A repeatable visual system for 40 products, from clean ecommerce assets to inspirational rooms.
Accuracy over novelty
Product form, finish, proportions and dimensions stayed central throughout generation and retouching.
Art direction, generation and final finish
I designed the workflow, selected appropriate visual references, wrote and refined prompts, checked product accuracy, and completed the final retouching and exports. Each SKU received close-up lifestyle images with the light on and off, a neutral image, a collection shot and inspirational in-room imagery.
Reference once, repeat consistently
I created a simple production system that could flex around each product while keeping the finished library cohesive.
Match the setting
I selected an existing brand image with the right product type, angle, lighting and styling.
Direct the output
I prompted around the exact product reference, scene requirements, dimensions and neutral daylight.
Finish by hand
I refined the image in Photoshop, creating consistent light-on and light-off treatments and export naming.
Prepare for use
Selected room imagery was upscaled for website, CRM and wider campaign applications.
